Question is, is this a hardware or software based issue? If software I can just try and flash it with a version of global software, correct?</p> <p>Any help on other differences and other tips would be great. I ordered the phone on Amazon, and just noticed these differences, which may make me have to cancel the order. </p> <p>Thanks! </p>
