This is my first post, hello to everyone
I have been using my N97 for a few months now with minimal problems. I upgraded to the recent firmware and now experiencing lots of problems. Screen freeze, no touch or key response and unable to shut down until I remove the battery. This has made the n97 the worse Nokia experience I ever had.
Any suggestions or tips I can use?
Thank you

i am having hell lot of very irritating problems with my N97 since i bought it,
1. i found N97 suddenly reboots without giving it any command for restart.
2. many times when i gets call i am not able to pick the call nor by touch screen or with hard keys , i even tries unlocking keypad and even using hardkeys but no use , so i misses calls quite a time so i had recall the person ,after it stops ringing. this even happens sometimes when morning alarm rings. this happens sometimes.
3. Also my N 97 starts getting very slow, after unlocking keypad it takes ages to accept my first command untill then it dont reacts to commands given, even though my phone memory is 44.5 mb free and all applications are on mass memory.
4. i found no solution anywhere and was sad using N97 , then i saw on net a new Firmware 20.0.027 for my product code and i thought i am lucky and will get solution soon with my issues.
5 Now after updating my firmware to 20.0.0.27 it had got worst now . For couple of days it works ok but now my phone is really-2--2-2-2 dam slow also its showing erratic behaviour, touch screen not working effectivelly if press 1 it gives 8 or some think else , if i uses text message screen and pressing 'A' it give long beep like i hd presed it continously and staright away 1 appears on message, some times 'A' appears ok etc etc etc means very-2-2 erratic behaviour.i must say nokia had made a big fool of there customers by giving such a slow device in such a high price.
plz somebody help me if you have any solution plz plz i am very upset with my these problems
